Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 7 maintenance technicians on shift, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate with shift leadership to align maintenance activities with production schedules and objectives.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance personnel to address equipment-related challenges promptly.
- Ensure accurate and effective use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities.
- Monitor and enforce the completion of preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and corrective work orders.
- Maintain production equipment to maximize operational performance and assist in managing electrical spare parts inventory.
- Perform repairs, installations, modifications, and relocations of equipment to meet production requirements.
- Interpret and create electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics/diagrams.
- Test electrical and electronic equipment/components for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, to ensure a safe working environment.
- Complete electrical and mechanical projects as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and recommend measures to improve health and safety.
- Repair and replace electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic components such as motors, contactors, relays, timers, switches, PLCs, light curtains, motor controls, and valves.
Qualifications:
Skills:
- Proficient in reading wiring diagrams and schematics related to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Working knowledge of industrial PCs and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), including Siemens Step 7 and Beckhoff TwinCat.
- Understanding of electric circuitry, including contactors, relays, main voltage/control voltage, limit switches, and proximity sensors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education and Experience:

Compensation and Benefits:
