Key Responsibilities :
- Operate manual and CNC lathes, mills, and grinders to manufacture or repair precision aerospace components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to determine machining specifications.
- Set up and adjust machines, including tool changes and fixture setups .
- Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Inspect finished components to ensure they meet strict aerospace quality standards .
- Work with a variety of metals and alloys used in aircraft propeller systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to resolve machining issues and optimize processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all OSHA and company safety procedures .
