Key Responsibilities :
Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient operations.
Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to maximize equipment uptime.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
Manage spare parts inventory and requisition necessary supplies.
Train and mentor maintenance staff to improve team performance and technical skills.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
