Key Responsibilities

- Accurately mix rubber compounds based on specifications.
- Monitor the quality of mixed compounds to ensure consistency and uniformity.
- Operate and maintain mixing equipment safely.
- Document all mixing processes and ingredient batches.
- Collaborate with production teams to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in rubber mixing or manufacturing.
- Ability to work with various rubber materials and compounds.
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Able to use a tape measurer
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in varying environments, including cold storage or production areas.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed.
