Key Responsibilities :
- Payroll Management : Oversee the preparation, processing, and distribution of payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Compliance Oversight : Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll, wage, and tax laws, including federal, state, and local regulations.
- Policy Development : Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Audit Coordination : Lead internal and external audits related to payroll, benefits, and compensation, ensuring all documentation is accurate and readily available.
- Team Leadership : Supervise payroll staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-functioning team.
- System Maintenance : Manage and maintain payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and implementing updates as necessary.
