Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Operate a 600-ton CNC hydraulic press brake to bend and form metal components according to specifications.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication of parts.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, making necessary adjustments to maintain high standards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the press brake to ensure optimal performance.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years operating a 600-ton CNC hydraulic press brake.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints; strong understanding of metal fabrication processes.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
