Position Summary:
The Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of recruiting programs and ensure successful delivery of client hiring initiatives. This role is pivotal in managing internal and external workflows, enhancing client communication, and ensuring the firm's operational efficiency aligns with business objectives. The Program Manager will collaborate across teams, ensuring program timelines and goals are achieved while meeting or exceeding client expectations
Program Oversight and Delivery:
- Manage the execution of recruitment programs, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Monitor the workflow and maintain accountability across internal teams to achieve client commitments.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the firm, ensuring clear communication and proactive resolution of issues.
- Maintain close personal contact with clients to manage expectations and program performance.
Operational Coordination:
- Collaborate with sourcing, recruiting, and account management teams to address bottlenecks or risks impacting client satisfaction.
- Oversee the scheduling, candidate pipeline, and interview coordination to ensure smooth operations.
Continuous Improvement:
- Implement process improvements to enhance the quality and speed of recruitment services.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize program outcomes and improve service delivery.
Reporting and Metrics:
- Track, analyze, and report on program performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on program progress and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Problem-Solving and Escalation:
- Identify potential risks and take corrective actions to prevent delays or disruptions.
- Resolve quality or service issues in real time to ensure client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the recruiting or staffing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a persuasive and collaborative approach.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with continuous improvement tools or methodologies is a plus.
