Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments , verifying contents against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock organization.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials and products.
- Work closely with logistics and production teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality control guidelines (e.g., FDA, USDA, HACCP).
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards .
- Track and document shipping / receiving transactions in company systems.
- Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished products .
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and production efficiency .
