Qualified Applicants will have :
- Bachelor's Degree in construction management, construction engineering management, civil or mechanical engineering, or related field
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- 7 years experience in heavy civil, mechanical, marine, or underwater construction industries
- Experience and knowledge of construction contracts, including general and special terms
- Experience with proven results in claims management and dispute resolution
- Experience with Design-Build, EPC, ECI, CMAR or other alternate procurements
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently as well as with a team
- Great work ethic and teamwork skills.
