- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC and manual machines, including mills and lathes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.
- Train and mentor machinists to improve skills and productivity.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
