We are growing and are looking for the right person to join our team. We are a tax and accounting firm that does things a little differently. We have long-time, loyal customers (both individuals and businesses) who come back to us year after year. We focus on high quality service and educating our clients to help them understand their taxes & finances.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Complete individual tax returns
• Complete business tax returns (dependent upon experience)
• Answer and respond to client questions and concerns
• Pro-actively communicate with clients
Ideally, candidates will have:
• At least 3 years of tax preparation experience
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant experience
• Experience with both QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) and Drake Tax
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel preferred
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during the tax filing season, as needed
