Position Overview
To assist, support, and work closely with teachers, administrators, and other team members in providing educational and operational benefits.
Essential Duties & Accountabilities
The Aide will work under the direct supervision of the principal to provide support as needed on the campus.
Works with individual students or small groups of students to reinforce learning of material or skills initially introduced by the teacher.
As assigned, supports teachers in the classroom with academic tasks.
Assists in duties such as making copies, delivering materials, and other projects, as needed.
Assists with the supervision of students during emergency drills, assemblies, play periods, lunch periods and field trips.
Participates in in-service training programs as assigned.
Alerts the regular teacher to any problem or special information about an individual student.
May assist staff and students in use of educational computer programs.
Performs other related duties as required by supervisor.

Requirements
High School Diploma / GED required.
The incumbent in this position will be required to pass a criminal history background check.

Arizona Department of Public Safety Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Nevada Employees :
NV Fingerprint Background Check
Texas Employees :
TX Fingerprint Background Check
Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
