- Owner-operators with the ability to work as independent contractors
- Ready to work across all 48 states and Canada (if applicable)
- Valid Class A CDL
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Own a CARB-compliant tractor eligible for California entry
- Punctual and strong communication skills
- Ability to live load and unload freight
- Willingness to secure freight inside trailers
- Comfortable with required technology (ELD systems, scanning paperwork, and order management programs)
