Hours & Benefits
Full Time positions include the following benefits:
- 3.2 weeks of PTO in first year

- $1,500 Retention Bonus every six months (for LPC or LCSW)
- Master’s degree in social work or a related field with at least 5 years of post-master’s clinical experience.
- NJ Clinical License as an LCSW for a minimum of two years and credentialed as a clinical supervisor for LSWs.
- Appropriate certification or other requirements set forth by NJ State licensing authorities for clinical supervision of license-eligible clinicians.
- Experience in credentialing and/or experience with public and private payers/insurance is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate computers, phones, faxes, and copiers.
- Strong computer proficiency and the ability to meet required deadlines and schedules.
- Flexibility to handle special requests and projects while maintaining professionalism in stressful situations.
- A valid driver’s license is required, and if driving is part of the job duties, the ability to operate an agency-owned vehicle is necessary.
- May be required to engage in physical crisis management.
- Risk of exposure to communicable diseases is possible.
- Regular interaction with all internal management, staff, program personnel, and the general public.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, push, and pull.
- Cognitive, verbal, and manual skills are necessary, along with hearing and visual acuity (corrective devices acceptable).
