As an Operations Analyst at andCo Hospitality, you’ll play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across our hotel portfolio. You’ll analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and develop insights that help us enhance guest experiences, improve operational efficiency, and stay aligned with our brand values.
This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, curious, and passionate about turning data into action.
What You’ll Be Up To:
- Analyze operational, financial, and guest satisfaction data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the implementation of process improvements across departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, etc.)
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance summaries for leadership and ownership groups
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and labor optimization
- Monitor property performance scorecards (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest satisfaction, etc.)
- Collaborate with on-property teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives
- Support new openings, renovations, or special projects with data modeling and scenario planning
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking as needed
- Support with learning management system standards, policies, and procedures
You're Great Because:
- 2–4 years of experience in an analyst role (hospitality or real estate a plus)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) a bonus
- Solid understanding of hotel operations and key performance metrics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and cross-functionally
- Passion for hospitality and local culture
- You love working cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams.
