POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing excellent service to resort guests by utilizing their knowledge of F&B and Bartending.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Opening and closing of the bar
- Wait on customers with enthusiasm and efficiency while taking orders and making drinks
- Promotes daily food specials from Tony’s Bar and Grill
- Verify proper identification is provided by all customers
- Follow all state guidelines on alcohol related issues
- Responsible for following all cash handling policies & procedures throughout shift
- Ensure Bar Inventory is completed the 1st of each month
- Ensure the ordering for product needed is relayed to the F&B Lead is done on a weekly basis
- Restocking the bar at the end of each shift
- Complete various additional tasks and assignments as needed
