You will play a key role in keeping our properties running smoothly and ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable, top-notch experience. You'll be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks, including equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Position: Maintenance Technician
You will play a key role in keeping our properties running smoothly and ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable, top-notch experience. You'll be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks, including equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform essential maintenance tasks, including installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment in guest suites and across the property.
- Provide emergency repairs to ensure suites and property are always in service.
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain clean and organized workspaces.
- Be part of a team that fosters positive relationships and a great working environment.
- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well with others and foster a team-oriented environment.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in maintenance (1 year preferred), with skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, or HVAC.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Work in the hospitality industry with a company that cares about its people and the environment.
