What are the responsibilities and job description for the Owner Services Specialist position at Legacy Vacation Resorts?
POSITION SUMMARY
As an Owner Services Specialist you will serve all aspects of coordinating ownership usage plans, and account information to all owners. In addition, the Owner Services Specialist will serve guests who have inquiries or would like to book reservations while displaying excellent customer service skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Answer all inbound calls timely with professionalism and accuracy
- Conduct outbound calls daily to Owners/Guests to ensure their arrival for their reservation
- Process all Helpdesk reservations, inquiries and requests timely and accurately
- Assist Owners/Guests in coordinating and planning vacations
- Utilize good judgment, product knowledge and problem solving skills with each phone call
- Create a positive work environment by maintaining the highest level of ethics and integrity
- Assist Owners with vacation deposits to the exchange companies
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: Three (3) years related experience
Computer Skills: Must have knowledge in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
Other Requirements
Must have ability to meet deadlines and prioritize assignments. Must have basic knowledge of timeshare, real estate or property management industry. Must have knowledge of the timeshare, and vacation ownership as it relates to Legacy Vacation Club. RCC knowledge is a plus. Bilingual is a plus.
