Join our healthcare team at Legacy Village of Stillwater as a full-time/on-call Clinical Scheduling Coordinator.
In this job, you share duties with a team member. You work full-time for one week, then you're on call the next week. During the on-call week, you may have 1-2 short shifts each day for clerical tasks, and extra shifts as required. You get a bonus for every on-call day you cover!

As a Clinical Scheduling Coordinator, your role focuses on maintaining efficient operations within the nursing services department. Your responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and care levels, while also managing recruitment, retention, training, and supervision of nursing associates. You uphold the highest standards of service, ensuring all personnel policies and training are current and compliant with regulations. A key part of your job is protecting the dignity, privacy, and rights of all residents.
Additionally, you act as the primary point of contact for on-call scheduling needs, facilitating necessary changes to support both staff and resident requirements efficiently. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to both human resources and healthcare compliance to foster a supportive and effective care environment. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!
- Flexibility and willingness to cover needed shifts
- CNA and MAT certifications or CMA license
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, supervisors, and employees
- A heart for working with seniors
Preferred:
- Experience in staff scheduling
- Experience in long-term care settings or assisted living environments
- Experience in the general management and operations of a healthcare facility, preferably in long-term care
