What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper Supervisor position at Legacy Village of Stillwater?
We are looking for a full-time Housekeeper Supervisor to help keep our community clean and comfortable for our residents. In this role, you'll lead a housekeeping team, making sure all areas meet high cleanliness standards. This is a full-time cleaning position with pay starting at $15 - $16/hour and great benefits. This includes:

YOUR SCHEDULE
You'll work Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some weekends and evenings as needed.
YOUR DAY AS A HOUSEKEEPER SUPERVISOR
As a Housekeeper Supervisor, you'll oversee the housekeeping team, making sure resident rooms and community areas are clean and well-maintained. You'll assign tasks based on priority and ensure supplies are used efficiently. You'll also respond to resident requests, respect their privacy, and follow safety and infection control guidelines. Keeping the cleaning equipment in good condition and preventing accidents will also be part of your daily routine.

- Housekeeping experience
- Ability to effectively communicate and manage a schedule
- Willingness to work with the elderly
- Ability to meet the physical demands of this position
- Strong attention to detail
Managerial experience is heavily preferred.
