WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER
Managerial experience is heavily preferred.
DAY-TO-DAY
As a Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee the housekeeping team, making sure every resident's home and our shared spaces are sparkling clean and welcoming. You'll assign tasks based on priority, making sure the job gets done right and on time. Managing housekeeping supplies and equipment will be a big part of your day-no waste, no mess, no unnecessary accidents! You'll also be the go-to person for residents' housekeeping requests, always ensuring their privacy and comfort are respected. Plus, you'll help maintain a safe environment by following infection control policies and keeping things running smoothly.
