Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador for Primo Water, promoting water filtration products and subscription services to customers.
- Educate customers on the benefits of water filtration and water subscription services.
- Use sales scripts to engage with customers and guide them through product offerings.
- Handle customer objections and rejection in a professional and positive manner.
- Actively approach customers, provide product knowledge, and encourage in-store product trials.
- Support the overall retail sales strategy within the store environment.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure consistent promotion of Primo Water products.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service experience (CSR) and previous retail sales experience preferred.
- Ability to learn and follow product scripts for engaging customer conversations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to approach customers with confidence.
- Ability to handle rejection and turn challenges into positive customer interactions.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for promoting health-conscious products.
