Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Representation: Serve as the face of the client’s brand, promoting products and services to potential customers through in-person interactions.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, driving customer interest and increasing market presence for our client.
- Sales Support: Utilize proven sales techniques to close deals and exceed weekly and monthly performance goals.
- Brand Awareness: Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility and knowledge of client offerings within the community.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers to create positive experiences and lasting relationships.
- Professional Development: Work closely with leadership to develop management skills, sales techniques, and brand marketing strategies.
- Performance Reporting: Track progress, sales metrics, and leads generated to assess performance and achieve growth goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
