Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in exploring and enrolling in new services available at our store.
- Provide clear and accurate information about services and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our service offerings and store promotions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent customer service and store operations.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required.

- Availability to work full-time weekends.
