We are seeking an Entry-Level Client Representative to represent our client in the retail space, engaging with customers, driving brand awareness, and handling customer transactions. This is a full-time position with split shifts available and a flexible schedule between Monday - Sunday. There are no late nights, but weekend availability is required.
This position begins with hourly paid training (up to two weeks) before transitioning to a weekly base salary (DOE) ranging from $750 - $900, plus uncapped commissions based on individual customer sales performance.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Represent the client’s brand professionally in a retail sales environment.
- Engage with customers to promote brand awareness and educate them on products and services.
- Handle customer transactions with accuracy, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, providing recommendations, and addressing concerns.
- Utilize sales techniques to drive individual sales and meet performance goals.
- Maintain compliance with company and client policies, ensuring ethical and accurate sales practices.
- Handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude in customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure store success and achieve shared goals.
