Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with retail customers in-store, providing product demonstrations and creating an outstanding shopping experience
- Promote and sell AT&T smartphones, accessories, wireless plans, and services to meet individual and team sales goals
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or upgrades to maximize customer value and satisfaction
- Stay updated on AT&T devices, promotions, data plans, and new technology trends to confidently assist customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets, track individual progress, and work toward performance-based bonuses
- Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience
- Address customer inquiries, assist with troubleshooting, and ensure satisfaction with AT&T wireless services
- Work closely with managers and teammates to drive store performance and maintain a positive work environment
