Job Overview

As a Financial Services & Sales Representative, you will educate and assist individuals with financial planning, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. This role provides the flexibility of remote work with the ability to set your own hours. Key responsibilities include guiding clients through retirement planning, investment options, life insurance products, annuities, college funding plans, and long-term care solutions.

A significant portion of the U.S. population lacks proper financial guidance, presenting an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while building a rewarding career. This is a part-time position with strong growth potential for those seeking career advancement in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist new clients with the onboarding process and account setup
  • Ensure accurate collection and organization of clients’ financial information
  • Manage and consolidate client accounts while maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Facilitate the transfer of accounts and track cost basis accuracy
  • Collaborate with operations teams to oversee and expedite account transfers
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting for new clients
  • Conduct proactive quarterly check-ins with clients to ensure financial needs are met
  • Address client inquiries, anticipate financial planning questions, and provide solutions
  • Support client meetings by preparing necessary materials and following up on action items
  • Communicate and escalate technical issues as needed to ensure resolutions
  • Gather and document client feedback to help refine and enhance financial solutions

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development or account management (preferred)
  • Willingness to obtain a financial license (already licensed professionals are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong client service skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships
  • Background in customer service, sales, or remote work is beneficial
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and provide thoughtful recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills with impeccable follow-through
  • Adaptable communication style to effectively engage with different client personalities
  • Open to entry-level candidates with transferable skills

Note: This is a 1099 independent contractor position for tax purposes.
