Key Responsibilities
- Assist new clients with the onboarding process and account setup
- Ensure accurate collection and organization of clients’ financial information
- Manage and consolidate client accounts while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Facilitate the transfer of accounts and track cost basis accuracy
- Collaborate with operations teams to oversee and expedite account transfers
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting for new clients
- Conduct proactive quarterly check-ins with clients to ensure financial needs are met
- Address client inquiries, anticipate financial planning questions, and provide solutions
- Support client meetings by preparing necessary materials and following up on action items
- Communicate and escalate technical issues as needed to ensure resolutions
- Gather and document client feedback to help refine and enhance financial solutions
- Experience in business development or account management (preferred)
- Willingness to obtain a financial license (already licensed professionals are encouraged to apply)
