What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to maximize SaaS revenue growth and profitability. A vision to grow the business
- Oversee and optimize the SaaS pricing, packaging, and revenue models to align with market trends and business objectives
- Manage operational processes to ensure the efficient delivery, scalability, and performance of SaaS products
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, drive customer acquisition, and improve retention rates
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting efforts related to SaaS revenue and operations
- Monitor SaaS-related KPIs (e.g., ARR, MRR, churn, customer LTV, CAC) and drive initiatives to improve performance
- Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
- Champion customer-centric initiatives to enhance the SaaS user experience and satisfaction
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 6 years of experience with a strong understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and financial principles
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in a SaaS environment
- Experience with SaaS pricing models, subscription management platforms, and financial reporting tools
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering results
- Experience with Shopify, Recharge, SendGrid, Klaviyo and/or Attentive
- Full-time
