Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects from concept through to completion.
- Utilize Revit, SketchUp, and Bluebeam software to create detailed drawings and models.
- Support senior architects in preparing project documentation and presentations for client meetings.
- Conduct site visits to assess design implementations and ensure compliance with plans and standards.
- Engage with clients to gather input and feedback, ensuring alignment with their vision and needs.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the collaborative design process.
- Research building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards relevant to project designs.
- Prepare renderings and graphic materials for presentation to clients and stakeholders.
- Work effectively with contractors and consultants to facilitate project execution.
