Legal Copy Service is seeking a Full Time Office Assistant to perform a variety of Office Assistant / Office Clerk.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Helping sort documents for Petitions;
- Record reviews;
- Sorting, copying, faxing filing, mailings;
- Assist with calls;
- Assisting in opening, processing, distributing mail;
- Scanning, copying, faxing; creating cd's
- Assist with calls and requests as needed;
- Assist in other departments as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Basic computer skills
- Able to work well with Others and meet deadlines
- Work well under pressure
- Strong verbal communication skills including active listening.
- Professional attitude and appearance
Education: High school or equivalent
- Office experience desired but not required.
