Administrative Assistant and Data Entry Clerk for a Process Serving Office
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Correctly route incoming jobs to proper channels.
- Assist with project coordination by maintaining schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Utilize QuickBooks to assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing.
- Act as a personal assistant to the office manager or executive, handling various administrative tasks as needed
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness before distribution
- Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a Process Serving or Law Firm is preferred.
- Familiarity with service of process is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
Schedule: We are open Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. We are very open to flexible hours. Approximately 25 hours per week to start. We are a family business looking for someone to join our office as support staff. We have a high influx of work and need someone who is attentive. Ideal candidate will be someone who has experience in any areas legal field or working for an attorney.
