Administrative Assistant and Data Entry Clerk for a Process Serving Office

Duties:
- Correctly route incoming jobs to proper channels.

- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Assist with project coordination by maintaining schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Utilize QuickBooks to assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing.
- Act as a personal assistant to the office manager or executive, handling various administrative tasks as needed
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness before distribution
- Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a Law Firm or Process Serving field is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with service of process is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

Schedule: Approximately 21-24 hours per week, 8:30am-3:30pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. We have a high influx of work and need someone who is attentive. Ideal candidate will be someone who has experience in any areas legal field or working for an attorney.
