Our client, a large California based law firm, is seeking a corporate paralegal to join their busy team. Ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of corporate paralegal experience within a law firm or in-house legal working environment. BS/BA degree required.
Duties will include working with private and public company entities, emerging growth, M&A, Capital Markets, Private Equity, VC, stock administration (cap tables), SEC 16 and 13 filings, blue sky, 25102s, as well as working with closing documents.
Must be flexible and offer a high attention to detail.
MS Office, stock administration software, data entry, type 45 wpm.
