At Legal Intake Professionals®, or LIP®, we aren't just another answering service for lawyers. We provide legal intake services for law firms, and we're good at it too! We have developed a reputation for quality client intake service, and it's all thanks to our talented, caring legal intake experts. We are currently seeking polite, caring, and professional specialists to work closely with other team members to provide Legendary Service to our clients' callers!
The ideal candidate will need to possess a positive attitude, be customer service oriented, have strong communication skills, and enjoy talking to people daily. Our jobs require people that are very detail oriented. We handle calls for a large number of accounts and so there is always a lot of activity and new challenges to face and resolve daily!
This is an in-office, split-shift position.
Previous experience in the customer service industry is also preferred, but NOT required --- we will train You!
Your job will be receiving incoming client calls, follow detailed scripts, fill out intake forms while talking to clients, and receive calls electronically and by live transfer. You will need to set the tone and pace of your calls while maintaining a professional attitude and showing empathy and patience with potential clients.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have
Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $18 / Hour.

- A professional phone voice that shows customer care and concern
- Active-listening skills to ensure client information is gathered correctly and fully
- The ability to ask appropriate questions
- The ability to converse with various personalities and to collect pertinent details to determine viability of their claims
- Accurate and fast typing skills
- PC/Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A High School Diploma or GED, and must be 18 years of age

- Split shift - Full Time, 40 hours
- 7:00am-12:00pm, then returning from 3:00pm-9:00pm
- You must be available to work a Saturday OR Sunday each week
- You must be very punctual with great attendance.
