Immediately hiring Overnight Bilingual Legal Intake Customer Support in our North Richland Hills location!
At Legal Intake Professionals, our customer support agents are dedicated professionals who excel at customer service and enjoy helping others. In this crucial role, you are on the front lines, responding to a high volume of phone inquiries and addressing each with care, detail, and more importantly-empathy! Can you provide superior customer service and a positive experience to callers and clients in a fast-paced environment? If so, this job is for you!
Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
This is an in-office, overnight position.
Your job will be receive incoming client calls, follow detailed scripts, fill out intake forms while talking to clients, and receive calls electronically and by live transfer. You will need to set the tone and pace of your calls while maintaining a professional attitude and showing empathy and patience with potential clients.
To be successful in this role, you must have :
- Good verbal and written communication skills, specifically : spelling, grammar, and diction
- A professional phone voice that shows customer care and concern
- Active-listening skills to ensure client information is gathered correctly and fully
- The ability to ask appropriate questions
- The ability to converse with various personalities and to collect pertinent details to determine viability of their claims
- Accurate and fast typing skills
- PC / Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A High School Diploma or GED, and must be 18 years of age
- The ability to speak Spanish
Our benefits for Full Time Employees include :
Compensation : $19 / Hour
Shifts Offered :
Days off : Either Sunday / Tuesday, Sunday / Monday, or Saturday / Tuesday
Training will last approximately three weeks, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. Once you have successfully completed training, you will move to your new set schedule.
