Immediately hiring Part Time Legal Intake Specialists in our Nashville location!
At Legal Intake Professionals, our specialists act as a liaison between our clients and their customers. We primarily service personal injury law firms. Successful candidates will be able to resolve customer issues and handle complaints and inquiries, while maintaining a professional and compassionate demeanor. We strive for the highest levels of customer satisfaction by basing our decisions and performance on what our clients need. We service a diverse clientele, so the ability to speak Spanish is required.
Customer Service Experience Is a Plus, But Not Required.
This is an in office position.
Your job will be receive incoming client calls, follow detailed scripts, fill out intake forms while talking to clients, and receive calls electronically and by live transfer. You will need to set the tone and pace of your calls while maintaining a professional attitude and showing empathy and patience with potential clients.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have
- Good verbal and written communication skills, specifically: spelling, grammar, and diction
- A professional phone voice that shows customer care and concern
- Active-listening skills to ensure client information is gathered correctly and fully
- The ability to ask appropriate questions
- The ability to converse with various personalities and to collect pertinent details to determine viability of their claims
- Accurate and fast typing skills
- PC/Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A High School Diploma or GED, and must be 18 years of age
- The ability to speak Spanish
Shifts Offered
- Part Time
- Hours between 12:00pm-Midnight
- You must be available to work a Saturday OR Sunday each week
- You must be very punctual with great attendance.
