We are seeking an experienced Level 1 Trauma Nurse to join our team as a Field Representative, working independently to support our personal injury law firm. You will serve as the medical liaison between the firm, clients, and medical facilities, gathering key injury documentation, performing triage, and ensuring seamless communication with our legal team.
This is a contractor role operating independently but closely collaborating with our internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- On-site medical assessments: Visit trauma centers, clinics, and client homes to document injuries, assess patient condition, and provide triage guidance.
- Legal collaboration: Gather and organize medical records and incident details for case managers and legal teams. Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and timely reporting of injuries.
- Patient interaction: Offer triage-level assistance to clients post-injury, ensuring they understand their medical treatment and the legal process involved.
- Medical liaison: Be the primary point of contact between healthcare providers and the firm to ensure effective communication and accurate injury data for case processing.
- Assist in promoting the firmβs services to potential clients, including clinics and trauma centers, in your field visits.
- Build and nurture relationships with medical professionals and legal partners to ensure long-term cooperation and referral opportunities.
- Regular travel to meet clients and visit partner locations, including hospitals and medical facilities.
- Represent the firm professionally, increasing visibility and reputation in the market, and acting as a brand ambassador.
- Attend industry events to network and further build business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports, including performance metrics, client feedback, and market insights.
- Provide actionable feedback to the legal and intake teams, helping align the firm's services with client needs and market demands.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.

- Registered Nurse (RN) with significant Level 1 Trauma Center experience (ER, ICU, critical care).
- Fluent in Spanish for effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients.
- Proven experience working independently, managing your schedule, and delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships in medical and legal contexts.
- Proficiency in HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation is secure and compliant.
- Comfortable traveling regularly to visit clients, attend medical facilities, and engage with key partners in your region.
- Multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
