SALARY: $45-52/hr. DOE
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, M-F, Hybrid
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Corporate & Litigation Matters: Assist with case management, document review, discovery responses, and coordination with outside counsel.
Manage Corporate Filings: Handle business licenses, entity formations, foreign qualifications, and regulatory filings.
Oversee Due Diligence & Compliance: Organize due diligence materials, support audits, and ensure timely and accurate regulatory submissions.
Ensure High-Quality Legal Support: Deliver clear communication, detailed proofreading, and strong collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Comprehensive Legal Experience: Solid background in both corporate and litigation support, including discovery, due diligence, and regulatory filings.
Strong Technical & Communication Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, with excellent writing, proofreading, and verbal communication abilities.
Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Known for exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Collaborative & Adaptable: Proven ability to work independently and on small teams, quickly learn new subject areas, and build effective relationships across departments and with external legal partners.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Standard Office Environment: Ability to work at a desk and use a computer for extended periods, including typing, document review, and electronic file management.
Document Handling: Capable of organizing, lifting, and transporting case files or boxes of legal documents, typically up to 25 pounds.
Communication & Collaboration: Must be able to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and via digital platforms; occasional in-person meetings or collaboration may be required.
