Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations within the assigned team, ensuring smooth workflows and task completion.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and support to ensure high productivity.
- Assign and adjust tasks or responsibilities based on team workload and business needs.
- Generate regular reports and monitor performance metrics, addressing any operational concerns.
- Support the team with prioritization and task management, stepping in to assist when needed.
- Escalate any time-sensitive or critical issues to senior management as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including time clock and scheduling adherence.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with both internal teams and external partners or clients.
- Approve operational decisions, including rate or cost approvals, based on management guidelines.
- Ensure all compliance-related tasks are completed and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Assist with team training, onboarding, and continuous development initiatives.
Timeliness and Task Management:
- Manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Prioritize tasks based on business needs and ensure the team meets established timelines.
- Adapt to varying workloads and assist in reallocating resources as necessary.

Work Environment:

Qualifications:
- 3 years of management experience required.
- Proven experience in managing teams or similar supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience in operational roles, particularly in handling coordination, administrative processes, or similar tasks.
- Proficiency with scheduling and workflow management tools is preferred.
- Experience managing teams of 15 more people is preferred.
