Well-known Law Firm in Coral Gables are looking to add 2 Associates with 2-5 years experience with commercial litigation experience
The ideal candidate will have commercial litigation experience. Prior experience working at an Am Law firm would be great, but they are open to seeing candidates from smaller boutique firms working on complex commercial litigation matters. The attorney should have experience with depositions and trials.
- Draft pleadings, demand letters and other technical legal correspondence, discovery, standard and substantive motions, mediation statements, legal memoranda, and trial preparation materials
- Represent clients in court appearances, motion practice hearings, evidentiary hearings, and mediations.
- Prepare clients and other witnesses for deposition and trial testimony.
- Take and defend depositions.
Experience
