Responsibilities :
- Managing the written discovery process,
- Taking and defending depositions, successfully arguing in court, and engaging in trial
- Litigating complex commercial disputes / arbitration
- Work with businesses involved in a variety of disputes, such as those concerning partnerships and shareholders, sales of merchandise, licensing, construction, or real estate.
- Take depositions, interviewing witnesses, reviewing documents, writing briefs, and visiting dispute sites.
Qualifications :
Strong academic credentials and prior experience with all aspects of commercial litigation
They offer excellent training, family friendly work environment, annual bonuses
In office to start and then move to Hybrid schedule(3 days in office)
