Associate Attorney - Transactional HOA

Full-service commercial law firm dedicated to the representation of community associations seeks an associate attorney to join its busy office!
In this role, you will focus on transactional issues for HOA community association clients throughout Florida. This includes assessment collections, construction defect claims, contract drafting and negotiation, covenant enforcement and MORE!

Ideal candidates will be motivated for success with 2-5 years experience in a transactional role and recent exposure to HOA community associations. Must have and eagerness to gain substantial hands-on experience in sophisticated legal matters with our Firm’s top-tier clientele.
Requirements:
- License to practice as an attorney in the State of Florida
- MUST be willing to be in the office daily.
- Exposure to community associations or corporate law is a plus.
- Effectively communicate in writing with counsel, clients, and actively engage in all aspects of a thriving community association practice.
- Display energetic, positive, talented, and highly motivated attitude combined with excellent written communication and drafting skills.
- Ability to speak to audiences regarding clients’ questions or concerns.
- Self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team.
- Local travel during business hours and evenings to meet the needs of our clients
