Corporate Paralegal
Prestigious Corporation is actively looking for a Corporate Paralegal with to join their growing office! They offer an excellent opportunity to be a part of a great team with excellent quality and exciting projects. Good writing and drafting skills are very important for this role!
Education & Work Experience Requirements :
Minimum 7-10 years experience at a medium-large law firm and / or mid-large size company
Certified paralegal preferred
Professional Level :
The position will support a senior attorney, coordinate with management teams, and work with outside advisors.
Key Skills Required :
Experience with basic contract review and revision, drafting contract amendments, corporate resolutions, and executive committee meeting minutes. Working knowledge of real estate with property management skills, including vendor screenings and contract management. Document specialist skills, including working with PDF text, editing PDF documents, and professional preparation of documents for filing and distribution to management and third parties.
Must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. The position requires detail-oriented skills to handle contract and legal document version control, signature tracking and monitoring of contract renewals, required legal notices, and related action items. Strong writing skills required; acute understanding of the importance of protecting and safeguarding confidential and private information. Positive attitude; demonstrated willingness to learn new skills. Candidates must have work and professional experience demonstrating sound judgment, adaptability to various tasks, and superior analytical and communication skills.
