Paralegal OR Legal Assistant
Per Diem Position
Very respected Law Office in West Palm Beach has an immediate need for a legal assistant OR paralegal to join them as needed temporary capacity right away.
This position is typically about 10-15 hours per week in the office, sometimes more, usually not less.
QUALIFICATIONS
- MUST be able to handle real estate file from start to finish.
- Knowledge of preparing Closing Disclosures and HUD-1 Settlement Statements, balancing files and clearing title issues
- Ability to work independently and with a team under minimal supervision
- Top level customer service skills with Real Estate Associates, Lenders, buyers and sellers
- Able to handle sometimes stressful situations
- Thorough attention to detail
- Some experience using ClosingVue software is desired
- Litigation experience is also helpful
