Ideal candidates will be motivated, eager for success, passionate by nature, and willing to get barred in Georgia or already be in good standing with the Georgia bar. This role may be housed in one of our South Florida locations or the Atlanta, Georgia office.
Qualifications
- Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
- Member of the Georgia Bar or willing to sit for the bar.
- Must be willing to be in the office daily - choice of office location in Florida or Atlanta
- 2 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience required
- Trial experience preferred
- General litigation experience required, including motion practice, fact and expert witness deposition, and general discovery practice
- Strong communication and people skills
- Bilingual a plus
