You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks in this role. You will also assist attorneys in all phases of litigation with a strong emphasis on federal and some state court litigation, maintain all case files, and support trial preparations. To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.We offer a competitive bonus merit and tenure-based bonus system.QualificationsFederal and State Court Litigation experience.Drafting Basic Motions and responding to Discovery and Subpoenas.Setting Court Hearings and Calendaring all Court Deadlines.Experience in preparing and filing pleadings and motions.Working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure and local court rules.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Paralegal certification or equivalent education and experience.Maritime experience is a plus.Prior experience in personal injury litigation is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
