Legal Trucking Administrators work under general supervision of the office manager and perform clerical and administrative support functions and execute them exactly as instructed.
Their responsibilities start with excellent customer service to drivers, operating as their administrative support. this position requires the Administrator to be sensitive to the time of Drivers and educate them on the value of the Legal trucking " Bundle" services which will save them time and money. Administrators will organize and maintain the maintenance of the assigned client profile records and constantly update their services. The Administrator is responsible for providing immediate efficient services to the drivers (customer) while keeping within the policies and procedures of Legal trucking Administration.
The Administrator is subordinated in terms of hierarchy to the Office Manager / Executives and under their supervision. Works directly with business departments such as: Accounting, Computer, Sales, Marketing, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and control activities related to your administrative responsibilities.
- Manage your assigned customer files; follow up renewals and accounts receivables.
- Maintain relationship with the customer and continuously seek for the renewals.
- Represent Legal Trucking with professionalism when speaking with State authorities.
- Report to the supervisor about weekly and monthly reporting.
- Make progress reports and expenditure forecasting.
- Coordinate and prepare all documents and obtain all documents necessary for legal circulation on public roads.
- Be sure that the Client has obtained necessary licenses for transport and execution of motor vehicle.
- Follow due dates for renewal of licenses, permits, etc. and reports to manager to initiate appropriate action.
- Account for all cash received from customer and recipients, prepare accounts receivables for all documents related to services paid.
- Answer requests for proposals and orders from customers
- Receive and confirm orders for Services and record accounts upgraded to a bundle package.

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
