This professional is adept at case management, eDiscovery, and law office operations, making them a valuable asset to any legal team.
Key Skills & Expertise:
✔ Legal Support & Case Management – Skilled in drafting pleadings, discovery, legal correspondence, and trial preparation.
✔ Wills & Estate Planning – Extensive experience preparing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and probate filings.
✔ Consumer & Civil Law – Knowledgeable in consumer protection cases and civil litigation procedures, including filing, motions, and negotiations.
✔ eDiscovery & Compliance – Conducted document reviews for mass tort litigation, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
✔ Law Office Administration – Expertise in vendor management, case organization, and office efficiency.
