Financial Case Manager

Our client is a well-respected law firm in Morristown, New Jersey. It is currently seeking a highly motivated and independent Financial Case Manager for its Securities Litigation department. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and supporting litigation cases by performing various tasks that ensure the efficient and effective handling of cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve and review documents relevant to litigation cases
• Conduct factual investigations and detailed analysis
• Apply relevant industry rules and regulations to case evaluations
• Communicate directly with clients to gather and relay information
• Produce comprehensive written evaluative reports and recommendations

Qualifications:

• J.D. or significant paralegal experience
• Superior oral, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Ability to be resourceful and handle dozens of matters at once.
• Candidates must have securities litigation experience
