Responsibilities :
- Analyze complex insurance coverage issues and draft clear and concise coverage opinions.
- Prepare pleadings, dispositive motions, and conduct discovery in insurance coverage litigation.
- Take and defend depositions, attend court conferences, and argue motions.
- Work closely with clients, partners, and associates in both national and international contexts.
- Contribute to the firms business development efforts and collaborate across practice areas.
